We are looking for a Property Manager to oversee residential properties in Marysville, California. This is a long-term contract position that requires a proactive individual with strong leadership and organizational skills. Job Responsibility:
Manage day-to-day operations of residential and commercial properties, ensuring tenant satisfaction and smooth facility management
Coordinate and oversee maintenance requests, repairs, and property improvements to maintain quality standards
Prepare and manage budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial goals are met
Handle tenant relations, including lease agreements, renewals, and addressing concerns or complaints
Ensure compliance with HUD regulations and other relevant property management laws
Conduct regular property inspections to identify and resolve potential issues proactively
Market vacant units and collaborate on strategies to maintain high occupancy rates
Maintain accurate documentation and records related to leases, financials, and property operations
Supervise and coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers
Implement and monitor property management policies and procedures to ensure efficiency
Requirements:
Proven experience in property management, including both residential and commercial properties
Familiarity with HUD and LIHTC regulations and requirements
Strong financial management skills, including budgeting and expense tracking
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with tenants, contractors, and team members
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in property management systems and software
Knowledge of local and state property management laws and regulations
Leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate staff
