Job Responsibility:
Manage the daily operations of commercial properties, ensuring smooth functionality and tenant satisfaction
Handle financial tasks such as processing invoices, collecting rent payments, and managing cash receipts
Maintain accurate lease agreements and ensure compliance with property regulations
Collaborate with tenants, vendors, and team members to foster a positive and detail-oriented environment
Utilize property management software, including Yardi or similar platforms, to streamline operations
Monitor and address tenant needs, concerns, and requests promptly
Ensure all properties meet required standards and regulations for maintenance and safety
Assist in budgeting and financial planning to optimize property profitability
Support the team in achieving organizational goals related to property management
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance operational efficiency
Requirements:
Must have a real estate license or be actively in the process of obtaining one
Proven experience managing commercial properties such as office, industrial, or retail spaces
Proficiency with property management software like Yardi or similar systems
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Knowledge of light accounting practices, including handling invoices, cash receipts, and rent payments
Familiarity with tenant relations and lease agreement management
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
