Job Description:

Our client is seeking an experienced Property Manager who can quickly gain an excellent rapport with Landlords, Tenants and Maintenance Teams. You will liaise with all parties to and deal with any property maintenance queries and arrange diaries, appointments and negotiate best prices for the works to be undertaken.

Job Responsibility:

Prepare and manage lease agreements and rental contracts
Update and maintain contract records
Respond to day-to-day inquiries from tenants regarding repairs and maintenance
Differentiate and manage responsibilities between landlord and tenant repairs
Coordinate and schedule necessary repairs and maintenance with approved contractors
Ensure keys are signed in and out as needed
Arrange and conduct regular inspections of the flats
Conduct tenant checkouts in a timely and professional manner
Prepare detailed inventory reports for each property
Advise and assist tenants with utility setups and issues
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the properties
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and housing laws

Requirements:

Proven property management background
Keen understanding of legislation regarding property and maintenance
Pro active with a great eye for detail
Excellent customer service skills
