The Property Manager (PM) provides support to the General Manager (GM), Finance Manager (FM) and Operations Team overseeing the front line of all communication for customer/tenant services for occupants Aurora Place. This is a broad ranging management role with areas of responsibility including financial and leasing, capital expenditure projects, operational, and customer service. We are seeking a candidate who aspires to grow into a Commercial Manager role over the next few years.
Job Responsibility:
Provide support to the General Manager, Finance Manager and Operations Team overseeing the front line of all communication for customer/tenant services for occupants Aurora Place
Proactively communicating with customers/tenants in a consistent manner utilising the various approved building media e.g. tenant portal, email notices, tenant forums and regular meetings
Day-to-day management of Aurora Place including leasing, reporting, capex, rent roll and debt management
Assist the CRM and Operations Team with queries regarding Tenant Service Requests and sundry invoices
Manage and oversee all aspects of the CRM’s role including the Customer Events Program designed to engage across multiple levels
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Commercial/Industrial and or Retail property management
High understanding of the Sydney market
General understanding of building operations, services contracts, procurement, financial reporting including asset planning/budgets, capital works and project management
Excellent computer skills (proficient in MS Word and Excel)
MRI experience preferred
Demonstrated ability to prioritise work within tight deadlines
Excellence in customer service is essential
Good understanding of the property management database system MRI and experience in MRI Budget & Forecast is desirable
Working knowledge of trust accounting policies and procedures is desirable
