A regional real estate group has partnered with Robert Half to hire a hands‑on Property Manager to oversee daily operations for a small portfolio (commercial or multifamily). The ideal candidate balances tenant experience, vendor oversight, budgeting, and maintenance coordination.
Job Responsibility:
Manage day‑to‑day property operations, inspections, and preventive maintenance
Serve as primary tenant contact
address service requests and lease inquiries
Coordinate vendors and maintenance staff
obtain bids and manage work orders
Prepare and manage operating budgets
track expenses and approve invoices
Support leasing activities: renewals, rent collection, and delinquency follow‑up
Ensure compliance with safety codes, local ordinances, and property policies
Maintain records, reports, and dashboards on occupancy, financials, and capital projects
Requirements:
3–5+ years of property management (multifamily or commercial)
Strong vendor management and budgeting experience
Familiarity with property software (Yardi, AppFolio, MRI, RealPage) preferred
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Reliable transportation for site visits
Ability to respond to occasional off‑hours needs
PA real estate or CAM/CPM credentials a plus (not required)
