We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of a multi-state commercial real estate portfolio. This Property Manager will act as the central point of contact for tenants and vendors, manage property operations remotely, ensure compliance, support lease administration, and respond to property emergencies. The ideal Property Manager is detail-oriented, systems-driven, and capable of independently managing multiple properties and priorities.
Job Responsibility:
Manage day-to-day operations for a multi-state commercial property portfolio
Serve as the command-center Property Manager, coordinating all property operations and activities
Source, vet, and oversee third-party vendors including janitorial, repair, and construction services
Verify vendor work completion using digital tools such as photos, videos, and tenant sign-offs prior to invoice approval
Act as the primary tenant contact via phone, text, and email
Document all tenant communications, service requests, and resolutions in Notion and Yardi
Ensure all properties meet regulatory, life safety, and insurance requirements
Support lease administration including renewals, enforcement of lease terms, and move-in/move-out coordination
Collaborate with finance to review invoices, track billables, and assist with outstanding balances
Serve as the on-call Property Manager for property emergencies, ensuring tenant safety and asset protection
Maintain system accuracy and real-time reporting in Yardi and Notion
Travel to assigned properties as needed
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in commercial property management or real estate operations
Experience with Yardi or similar platforms (AppFolio, MRI) preferred
proficiency with Google Workspace and Apple systems required
Notion a plus
Working knowledge of commercial leases (NNN and Gross) and vendor service agreements
Ability to manage properties and vendors remotely using digital tools and effective communication
Highly organized self-starter able to manage multiple priorities independently
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
High School Diploma or GED required
Ability to work onsite daily and serve on-call for property emergencies as needed
Valid Driver’s License and willingness to travel to properties across multiple states
