Job Description:

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and respected property company who are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to take ownership of a diverse property portfolio and deliver exceptional service to tenants and landlords alike.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee a portfolio of properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and compliant
Build strong relationships with tenants and landlords
Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and inspections
Manage tenancy agreements, renewals, and terminations
Ensure compliance with property legislation and health & safety standards
Maintain accurate records and reporting

Requirements:

Previous experience in property management or lettings
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail
Knowledge of relevant property legislation
Proficiency in property management software (e.g. Qube, Reapit)
Full UK driving licence (if travel between sites is required)
