We are looking for a dedicated Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of a commercial property in Renton, Washington. This contract position offers the opportunity to manage tenant relations, coordinate property maintenance, and ensure accurate financial reporting. The role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to deliver exceptional customer service in a detail-oriented environment.
Job Responsibility:
Manage tenant inquiries and provide timely resolutions to ensure high levels of satisfaction
Oversee property maintenance by delegating work orders and monitoring completion
Administer access card programming and maintain security protocols
Prepare and send monthly rent statements and billing for tenant requests
Handle accounts payable processes, including coding invoices and processing payments
Generate financial reports, reconcile accounts, and ensure accuracy in general ledger entries
Draft and send proposals, contracts, and monthly statements to clients
Address property-related issues and coordinate necessary repairs or improvements
Train team members on property management procedures and software systems
Utilize Yardi and Microsoft Suite for efficient property and financial management
Requirements:
Proven experience in property management, preferably in commercial settings
Strong background in accounting and administrative tasks
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle tenant concerns effectively
Proficiency in Yardi software and Microsoft Office Suite
Knowledge of accounts payable processes and general ledger reconciliation
Familiarity with accrual accounting and month-end close procedures
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities
