The Role: As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of a high-profile portfolio. Your focus will be on maximising asset value, ensuring operational excellence, and fostering strong tenant relationships. Key Responsibilities: Portfolio Oversight; Financial Management; Tenant Relations; Lease Administration; Sustainability & Compliance

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage all operational aspects of the assigned properties, including maintenance, vendor contracts, and site inspections
  • Prepare annual budgets, manage monthly reporting, and oversee rent collection and CAM reconciliations
  • Act as the primary point of contact for tenants, ensuring high retention rates through responsive service and effective communication
  • Ensure full compliance with lease terms and manage renewals and expansions in coordination with leasing teams
  • Implement ESG initiatives and ensure all properties meet safety and regulatory standards

Requirements:

  • 3–5+ years in commercial property management (Office, Industrial, or Retail)
  • Relevant state real estate license (or the ability to obtain one)
  • Proficiency in industry-standard software (e.g., Yardi, MRI, or Angus AnyWhere)
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • The ability to juggle multiple priorities
