Job Overview: Our client is looking for a Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of their properties. Job Responsibility

  • Manage day-to-day operations of assigned properties, including residential, commercial, or mixed-use portfolios
  • Oversee tenant relations, including leasing, renewals, conflict resolution, and ensuring tenant satisfaction
  • Coordinate property maintenance, repairs, and inspections, working with vendors and contractors to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including fair housing laws and safety standards
  • Prepare and manage property budgets, collect rent, and handle financial reporting for property owners
  • Market vacant units, screen applicants, and execute lease agreements
  • Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates to property owners and management
  • Respond to emergencies and address issues promptly to maintain property standards and tenant satisfaction

Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
