Job Responsibility

  • Dealing with tenants, landlords and contractors to ensure the properties are maintained
  • Spending days out and about visiting properties
  • Carrying out regular internal and external inspections liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors whilst working as part of a team, developing strong relationships to create a positive customer experience

Requirements

  • Experience carrying out inventories
  • Self-motivated, well organised and fully conversant with regulations surrounding lettings
  • A good understanding of what constitutes fair wear and tear and will have dealt successfully with tenant disputes and returning deposits
