Job Description:

As a Property Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the management of approximately 200 single-family homes. Your responsibilities will include the full spectrum of property management tasks, from Tenant & Owner relations to maintenance oversight, and financial management. You will lead a dedicated team of three, ensuring efficient operations and the highest level of service to our clients and tenants.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee and manage a portfolio of approximately 200 single-family homes
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of three, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment
Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with standards and address any issues promptly
Develop and maintain strong relationships with tenants and owners, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure timely and cost-effective repairs and upkeep of properties
Manage financial aspects, including rent collection, delinquency, and understanding of Owner Statements
Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal housing laws and regulations
Implement strategies to maximize occupancy rates and rental income
Liaise with owners and investors, providing regular updates and reports on property performance

Requirements:

A valid Texas Real Estate License
A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university
Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail
A strong understanding of the Texas real estate market and property management laws

Nice to have:

Experience in property management, with a proven track record of success
Proficiency in property management software and Google Suite
