This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and organised Property Manager to take ownership of a well-maintained portfolio within a supportive and professional team.
Job Responsibility:
Managing a portfolio of circa 100 residential properties
Acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants
Coordinating maintenance and repairs with approved contractors
Conducting regular property inspections and reporting findings
Ensuring full compliance with current lettings legislation and safety regulations
Managing deposit returns and negotiating end-of-tenancy matters
Overseeing rent arrears and liaising with accounts where required
Maintaining accurate records and ensuring all administration is up to date
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years’ experience in Property Management (essential)
Strong knowledge of current lettings legislation and compliance
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Ability to manage a busy portfolio efficiently and independently
Professional, customer-focused approach
Full UK driving licence (essential)
