Accelerate your property management career with JLL's dynamic Industrial team in Ontario, CA, where you'll manage premier industrial assets in one of California's most strategic markets. The PM will be managing an Institutional portfolio.
Job Responsibility:
Providing direct management oversight for assigned Industrial Properties
maximizing NOI and asset value
property management, operations, maintenance, client, and tenant relations
supporting the leasing team, marketing, accounts payable collections, annual budgeting, risk management and financial reporting
providing leadership to team and outstanding customer service
preparing budgets and financial reports
managing TI and/or capital improvement projects
developing staff
communicating with building owners and tenants
contributing to establishment and refinement of work quality, cultural initiatives, and best practices
managing client, tenant and vendor relationships
seamless conflict resolution and client retention
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Minimum of three (3) years of commercial property management experience including recent experience in one of these (office, retail, industrial, healthcare) is a plus
Must have strong financial acumen and experience preparing budgets, CAM reconciliations, and other types of related financial reports
Familiarity with building systems, lease negotiation, documentation, and administration
CA Real Estate License is required within 6 months
Experience using a property management accounting platform, such as Yardi, Kardin or MRI is required
Both verbal and written communication skills are vital
good at establishing relationships with all levels of the organization & external clients
demonstrate proficiency in the use and application of technology tools
proven track record of results
act decisively, think big, and manage your time to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high volume environment
Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
