Property Manager

• Providing direct management oversight for assigned Industrial Properties
• maximizing NOI and asset value
• property management, operations, maintenance, client, and tenant relations
• supporting the leasing team, marketing, accounts payable collections, annual budgeting, risk management and financial reporting
• providing leadership to team and outstanding customer service
• preparing budgets and financial reports
• managing TI and/or capital improvement projects
• developing staff
• communicating with building owners and tenants
• contributing to establishment and refinement of work quality, cultural initiatives, and best practices
• managing client, tenant and vendor relationships
• seamless conflict resolution and client retention

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Minimum of three (3) years of commercial property management experience including recent experience in one of these (office, retail, industrial, healthcare) is a plus
• Must have strong financial acumen and experience preparing budgets, CAM reconciliations, and other types of related financial reports
• Familiarity with building systems, lease negotiation, documentation, and administration
• CA Real Estate License is required within 6 months
• Experience using a property management accounting platform, such as Yardi, Kardin or MRI is required
• Both verbal and written communication skills are vital
• good at establishing relationships with all levels of the organization & external clients
• demonstrate proficiency in the use and application of technology tools

• act decisively, think big, and manage your time to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high volume environment
