Property Manager

• Act as the primary point of contact for tenants, vendors, and maintenance teams
• Manage lease agreements, renewals, and compliance documentation
• Oversee move-ins, move-outs, and property inspections
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors for repairs and maintenance
• Respond promptly to tenant inquiries, concerns, and service requests
• Keep property management systems (we use Buildium) up-to-date with accurate records
• Monitor budgets, track expenses, and approve invoices
• Ensure all properties are clean, safe, and in top condition
• Support property marketing efforts and tenant screening

• 1+ year of experience in property management, real estate, or customer service
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Confident communicator (both written and verbal)
• Comfortable with tech tools and property management software (Buildium experience is a plus!)
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-focused
• Reliable transportation (local travel to properties may be required)
