Join JLL's expanding Industrial Property Management team in Irvine, CA and advance your career with the global leader in commercial real estate services. The Property Manager (PM) is responsible for providing direct management oversight for the assigned Industrial properties.
Job Responsibility:
Providing direct management oversight for the assigned Industrial properties
maximizing NOI and asset value on behalf of JLL clients
property management, operations, maintenance, client, and tenant relations
supporting the leasing team, marketing, accounts payable collections, annual budgeting, risk management and financial reporting
providing leadership to your team and outstanding customer service to your clients
preparing budgets and financial reports
managing TI and/or capital improvement projects
developing your staff
communicating well and managing client, tenant and vendor relationships
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Minimum of three (3) years of commercial property management experience including recent experience in one of these (office, retail, industrial, healthcare) is a plus
Must have strong financial acumen and experience preparing budgets, CAM reconciliations, and other types of related financial reports
Familiarity with building systems, lease negotiation, documentation, and administration
CA Real Estate License is required within 120 days
Experience using a property management accounting platform, such as Yardi, Kardin or MRI is required
Both verbal and written communication skills are vital
good at establishing relationships with all levels of the organization & external clients
demonstrate proficiency in the use and application of technology tools
act decisively, think big, and manage your time to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high volume environment
