Property Manager

• Oversee daily operations of assigned properties, ensuring seamless services for tenants and property owners
• Supervise and provide guidance to property management staff, including leasing agents and maintenance teams
• Conduct thorough move-in and move-out inspections, ensuring timely unit turnovers and accurate documentation
• Showcase property features to potential tenants through engaging tours
• Address concerns and issues raised by property owners, delivering effective solutions to enhance trust and satisfaction
• Coordinate maintenance requests with tenants and vendors to ensure prompt resolution
• Support rent collection processes and manage payment issues or delinquencies through proactive communication
• Lead or assist with property marketing initiatives, lease-up efforts, and renewal campaigns
• Perform regular inspections to confirm compliance with safety, cleanliness, and operational standards
• Manage budgets, approve expenses, and review financial reports to ensure sound fiscal planning

• Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in property management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of tenant relations, maintenance coordination, and financial reporting
• Experience in affordable housing management is highly preferred
• Possession of a California Real Estate Salesperson License or willingness to obtain one within six months
• Familiarity with property management software such as Yardi or AppFolio
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
• Comprehensive understanding of landlord-tenant laws and fair housing regulations
