Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Property Manager. This is a permanent position located in Edinburgh. The salary range for this role is £23,500-£26,000 pa.

Job Responsibility

  • Carrying out viewings of available properties
  • Negotiating tenancy agreements
  • Liaising with landlords after viewings to agree tenancies
  • Keeping consistent communcation with Landlord & tenants
  • Managing landlords’ expectations regarding possible works required
  • Managing incoming tenants’ expectations to avoid disappointment at move in
  • Ensure properties are ready for new tenancies

Requirements

  • Proven experience in property service or customer service experience
  • Good organisational skills with a problem-solving ability
  • Good communication/negotiation skills and very competent in resolving conflict and potential disputes
  • Born multi-tasker with the ability to prioritise
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Good IT skills, MS office and call centre equipment/software programmes
