As we continue to expand, we are looking for a Portfolio Manager who is dedicated to driving superior property performance, enhancing tenant satisfaction, and maintaining the highest standards of property upkeep.
Job Responsibility:
Oversee a portfolio of managed properties—handling maintenance, repairs, and day-to-day issues with speed and care
Organise & carry out regular property inspections and ensure all compliance checks are up to date (EPCs, Gas Safety, etc.)
Coordinate move-ins, check-outs, and deposit returns, making sure every detail is covered
Be the friendly, professional point of contact for landlords and tenants—resolving queries and concerns quickly and efficiently
Keep landlords informed with regular updates and honest advice
Handle complaints and disputes with empathy and a solutions-first attitude
Ensure every property meets legal and safety requirements, from Right to Rent checks to deposit protection
Keep all records and systems up to date—no detail too small
Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and our in-house team to get things done
Tackle unexpected issues head-on—whether it’s a burst pipe or a tricky tenancy situation
Support colleagues in lettings and property management to deliver a seamless service
Requirements:
Experience in property management (essential)
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Confident communicator—calm under pressure, clear with clients and contractors alike
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach
Knowledge of lettings legislation and compliance (bonus points if you’ve worked with HMOs)
Full UK driving licence and use of your own car (essential)
