Property Manager

• Oversee a portfolio of managed properties—handling maintenance, repairs, and day-to-day issues with speed and care
• Organise & carry out regular property inspections and ensure all compliance checks are up to date (EPCs, Gas Safety, etc.)
• Coordinate move-ins, check-outs, and deposit returns, making sure every detail is covered
• Be the friendly, professional point of contact for landlords and tenants—resolving queries and concerns quickly and efficiently
• Keep landlords informed with regular updates and honest advice
• Handle complaints and disputes with empathy and a solutions-first attitude
• Ensure every property meets legal and safety requirements, from Right to Rent checks to deposit protection
• Keep all records and systems up to date—no detail too small
• Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and our in-house team to get things done
• Tackle unexpected issues head-on—whether it’s a burst pipe or a tricky tenancy situation
• Support colleagues in lettings and property management to deliver a seamless service

• Experience in property management (essential)
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Confident communicator—calm under pressure, clear with clients and contractors alike
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach
• Knowledge of lettings legislation and compliance (bonus points if you’ve worked with HMOs)
• Full UK driving licence and use of your own car (essential)
