As a Real Estate Property Manager, you will lead various files ranging from legal compliance to the management of major construction sites. Job Responsibility:
Supervise all tenant requests and ensure rigorous operational follow-up
Plan and direct repair, maintenance work, and construction projects
Validate the accuracy of technical documents, including plans, specifications, and service contracts
Negotiate agreements with suppliers and coordinate bidding processes
Manage technical teams as well as external subcontractors
Establish and monitor operating budgets and capital expenditures (CAPEX)
Administer the monthly billing cycle and ensure compliance with budget forecasts
Requirements:
5 to 7 years of experience in commercial property management or construction
Higher education in real estate, management, or a related field
Proficiency in Microsoft 365
Functional English required for collaboration with out-of-province stakeholders
In-depth technical expertise in building maintenance and mechanical systems
Strong negotiation skills and a strategic commercial vision
Demonstrated ability to mobilize and mentor business partners
Advanced analytical skills for solving complex problems
Autonomy and the ability to optimize existing operational processes
Nice to have:
Knowledge of HOPEM software (an asset)
