Property Manager (Tan Sri / Dato's Private Residence & Office)

Responsible to manage and lead the overall office and residency operation including administration, housekeeping, property management, vehicle management, and security enforcement. Lead a team that comprises administrative staff, security personnel, housekeepers, and drivers. Monitor operational budget and expenses. Carry out periodic visits and audits on the company’s properties, vehicles, and security requirements. Resolve issues and seek management direction on any matters pertaining to operational requirements. Responsible to monitor and assign staff working schedules. Ensure the team members are observing the highest standard of services and deliverables. Handle additional assignments including special requests, errands, and any related duties.
