Oversee day-to-day operations and property management services for office and residential buildings. Manage strata affairs for the company's stratified developments. Evaluate and manage service provider contracts (e.g., maintenance, cleaning, security, pest control, and landscaping). Liaise with local government and authorities on all property and facilities management matters. Ensure scheduled preventive and corrective maintenance are carried out in a timely manner. Provide Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) support, including HVAC/AC, lifts, and plumbing. Address tenant operational enquiries and oversee renovation/reinstatement works. Prepare budgets and implement cost control measures. Manage vacant possession delivery and defect rectification during the Defect Liability Period (DLP). Monitor billing and collection of maintenance fees, sinking funds, assessments, and quit rent. Prepare monthly reports on maintenance status, budget adherence, and cash flow. Attend monthly committee meetings (JMB/MC).

Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate, Property Management, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in property/facility management, specifically for office buildings and residential properties
In-depth knowledge of the Strata Management Act
Excellent stakeholder and vendor management skills
Strong communication skills and proven leadership qualities
Nice to have:
Registered Property Manager with BOVAEP is a significant advantage
