Job Description:

Lead all daily operations for the office and residence, covering administration, housekeeping, property upkeep, vehicles, and security. Plan and oversee staff schedules, performance, and discipline to ensure a productive work environment. Manage and monitor operational budgets to ensure all resources are used efficiently and cost-effectively. Ensure all properties, vehicles, and security systems are kept in excellent condition and fully functional. Proactively handle any operational issues and coordinate with management on major decisions. Organize staff rotas and work plans to ensure everything runs smoothly every day. Make sure the entire team maintains top-tier service standards and delivers high-quality work. Handle special projects and additional duties as requested by the director or senior management.
