Property Manager (Private Properties)

• Lead all daily operations for the office and residence, covering administration, housekeeping, property upkeep, vehicles, and security
• Plan and oversee staff schedules, performance, and discipline to ensure a productive work environment
• Manage and monitor operational budgets to ensure all resources are used efficiently and cost-effectively
• Ensure all properties, vehicles, and security systems are kept in excellent condition and fully functional
• Proactively handle any operational issues and coordinate with management on major decisions
• Organize staff rotas and work plans to ensure everything runs smoothly every day
• Make sure the entire team maintains top-tier service standards and delivers high-quality work
• Handle special projects and additional duties as requested by the director or senior management

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field
• Experience working directly with company owners or directors is an added advantage
• Independent and capable of multitasking
• Good communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
