You will play a crucial part in forging strong client relationships and overseeing the efficient management of their properties. Job Responsibility

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both landlords and tenants by providing outstanding customer service
  • Proactively manage a portfolio of residential properties, addressing maintenance issues, chasing rental arrears, and negotiating deposit returns and disputes

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills, including fluency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
  • You have experience in residential Property Management
