This role requires a strategic thinker who can balance client advocacy with collaborative landlord partnerships while maintaining rigorous performance standards and accountability across all relationships.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead the governance and coordination between JLL client leadership and multiple landlord organizations within assigned client portfolios
  • Serve as the primary liaison to ensure alignment on service delivery, performance standards, and contract compliance across all landlord relationships
  • Drive performance excellence through structured KPI/SLA frameworks, escalation management, and systematic program oversight
  • Strategic Governance & Relationship Management Partner with JLL client leadership teams to establish unified approach to landlord engagement across portfolio properties
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders from multiple landlord organizations, ensuring consistent communication channels and collaborative problem-solving
  • Translate client strategic objectives into actionable performance expectations for all landlord partners
  • KPI/SLA Framework Development & Implementation Design comprehensive Key Performance Indicator and Service Level Agreement frameworks based on client expectations, lease obligations, and industry best practices
  • Establish measurable performance standards that align with both contractual requirements and client business objectives
  • Create standardized reporting templates and performance dashboards to track progress across all landlord relationships
  • Performance Monitoring & Compliance Management Monitor landlord performance against established KPIs and SLAs through regular data collection, analysis, and reporting
  • Conduct systematic reviews of service delivery quality, response times, and contract compliance
  • Identify performance gaps and trends across the portfolio to proactively address potential issues before they impact client satisfaction
  • Escalation Process Management Develop and implement structured escalation procedures for performance deficiencies, contract disputes, and service failures
  • Manage escalation workflows from initial identification through resolution, ensuring appropriate stakeholder involvement at each level
  • Document escalation outcomes and implement corrective action plans to prevent recurring issues
  • Meeting Facilitation & Communication Coordination Organize and facilitate regular performance review meetings with client leadership and landlord representatives
  • Establish consistent meeting cadences for different stakeholder groups, ensuring appropriate frequency and participation
  • Maintain detailed meeting records, action item tracking, and follow-up procedures to ensure accountability and progress monitoring
  • Program Management & Process Improvement Oversee portfolio-wide initiatives and improvement programs that span multiple landlord relationships
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects that require landlord participation and compliance
  • Continuously evaluate and refine governance processes, communication protocols, and performance management systems to enhance effectiveness and efficiency

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8-10 years of commercial real estate experience with demonstrated expertise in property management, client relationship management, and vendor/partner coordination
  • Proven track record in managing complex multi-stakeholder relationships and driving performance improvement initiatives
  • Experience working with institutional clients and managing large property portfolios
  • Strong analytical capabilities with experience in developing and implementing KPI frameworks and performance measurement systems
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools, reporting systems, and project management software
  • Understanding of commercial lease structures, property management operations, and service delivery standards
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels
  • Demonstrated experience in conflict resolution, negotiation, and consensus building
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to facilitate productive meetings with diverse stakeholder groups
