We are looking for a detail-oriented Assistant to Property Manager to join our international team. This role supports our Property Manager with internal coordination, communication, and daily operations. You will work closely with multiple teams to make sure things run smoothly — from Tenant Support to Applications and Maintenance. This role is ideal for someone who loves structure, organization, and making things happen. Not just finishing tasks, but owning them. Job Responsibility:
Manage internal communications to ensure information is shared clearly and on time
Coordinate with Tenant Support, Applications, Maintenance, and other departments
Monitor workflows, follow up on progress, and ensure timely task completion
Escalate delays, risks, or issues to the Property Manager when necessary
Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports
Analyze data and present relevant insights
Assist with paperwork and documentation for lease/renewal contracts
Update and maintain CRM and internal systems
Organize digital records, files, and shared folders
Support scheduling, reminders, and meeting documentation
Handle time-sensitive tasks independently
Perform other duties as assigned by the Property Manager
Requirements:
At least 2-5 years of experience in Property Management, Real Estate, Operations, or Administrative role
Strong proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive), CRM
Tech-savvy and familiar with remote work tools
Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
Strong English communication (written and verbal)
Proactive, responsible, and able to work with minimal supervision
Comfortable coordinating with multiple departments and stakeholders
