Build Relationships. Grow a Portfolio. Shape a Business. Auckland Wide | Flexible Role | Property Management + Business Development. We’re Keen on Rentals, a boutique property management firm based in Auckland CBD. Our business has grown through referrals, trust, and long-term relationships. We’re not about volume or quick wins, we focus on doing things well, looking after people, and building connections that last. Now, we’re ready for our next stage of growth, and we’re looking for someone who can help us both care for an existing portfolio and grow a new one. The Role: This is a hybrid position combining Property Management and Business Development — perfect for someone who enjoys both relationship management and building new opportunities. You’ll be responsible for managing a residential portfolio across Auckland, while also taking a proactive approach to growing our client base, particularly within the professional investor space. This is a new and evolving role within our business, so you’ll have the opportunity to help shape how we grow, working closely with the Owner and a supportive, experienced team.
