Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as an Property Management Team Manager. This is a permanent, full-time position located in Heaton Moor, Stockport. We are offering a realistic OTE of £35,000-£40,000, depending on experience.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead and inspire a high-performing team through regular coaching, training, and development
  • Drive operational excellence by ensuring compliance, quality control, and continuous improvement
  • Build strong relationships with landlords and resolve issues with professionalism and care
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and team growth while championing motivation and recognition
  • Report key performance metrics and contribute to strategic goals

Requirements:

  • A proven leader with a passion for people and property
  • Organised, empathetic, and solutions-focused
  • Ideally ARLA qualified or adjacent
  • Experienced in residential property management required
  • Team Leadership and Team Development
  • Confident communicator with a proactive mindset
  • Able to juggle multiple priorities while keeping the team energised
