Job Description

We are looking for a Property Management Support Administrator to join our fast-paced team and provide essential administrative support to the Property Management department. This role is ideally suited for a highly organised and detail-oriented individual with excellent administrative skills and a proactive approach to supporting core customer service functions within property management. Your contribution will be crucial to ensuring operational efficiency and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction within our supportive and structured environment.

Job Responsibility

  • Processing and managing void utility bills with accuracy
  • Handling contractor invoices, ensuring correct coding and timely payments
  • Drafting and issuing legal documents such as Deeds of Surrender and Deeds of Assignment
  • Assisting with service charge and ground rent tasks including charging and account reconciliation
  • Providing additional administrative support to the property management team

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a property or administrative support role (essential)
  • Strong computer and software skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
  • Proven ability to work quickly and efficiently while maintaining quality in a high-volume environment
  • Collaborative team player with a proactive and reliable approach
