With access to an established database with over 2,300 PUM, you will have strong opportunities to build relationships and generate new managements. Job Responsibility
Conducting property inspections
Managing tenant enquiries and applications
Coordinating approvals
Preparing lease documentation
Overseeing move-ins
Assisting with and progressively leading appraisals
Building relationships with landlords, vendors, developers, and referral partners
Converting new business
Prospecting for new business opportunities
Following up warm and self-generated leads
Contributing to the growth of the rent roll
Maintaining accurate CRM records
Managing pipeline activity
Requirements
Current Real Estate Licence (Class 2 or Class 1) with up-to-date CPD
Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
Availability to work full-time, including Saturdays
Experience in residential leasing and/or sales
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
High standard of personal presentation, organisation, and time management
Ability to work proactively and independently
Results-focused and comfortable working towards targets
