Foxtons is looking for a proactive and organised Property Manager Assistant to join our dynamic Woolwich office. As a Property Manager Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our Property Managers to deliver exceptional service to landlords and tenants. You’ll help ensure properties are well-maintained, issues are resolved efficiently, and communication is seamless. Our unrivalled training will empower you to deliver expert advice on all aspects of the tenancy, including financial, rental and legal matters as well as organising maintenance projects. Your work, as a source of knowledge for our key clients and local offices, is why Foxtons are known as the agency that gets it done.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support Property Managers to deliver exceptional service to landlords and tenants
  • Help ensure properties are well-maintained
  • Help ensure issues are resolved efficiently
  • Help ensure communication is seamless
  • Deliver expert advice on all aspects of the tenancy, including financial, rental and legal matters
  • Organise maintenance projects
  • Act as a source of knowledge for key clients and local offices
