In this role, you will provide essential administrative support and customer service to ensure smooth office operations. Job Responsibility:

  • Manage Tenant inquiries
  • Manage maintenance requests
  • Deliver exceptional customer service support to staff, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
  • Maintain and update information in the company database with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Assist with office services, including managing mail and packages to ensure efficient handling
  • Perform general administrative tasks to support daily operations and team needs
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and enhance workflow efficiency

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in basic office skills, including familiarity with standard administrative tools
  • Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with staff and clients

  • Ability to work independently while contributing to team objectives
