Job Responsibility

Carry Out Repairs: Respond promptly to day-to-day maintenance requests from tenants and the welfare team
Hands-On Problem Solving: Diagnose and fix a variety of maintenance issues, from plumbing and electrical to general property repairs
Preventive Maintenance: Undertake routine checks and planned maintenance to keep properties in top condition
Handle Emergencies: Prioritise urgent repairs and unplanned maintenance tasks to minimise disruption for residents
Maintain Site Systems: Ensure all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems are operating safely and efficiently
Keep Records: Log all work completed, inspections, and equipment checks accurately
Tenant Interaction: Communicate clearly and professionally with residents, keeping them informed about repair progress
Support Team Operations: Assist with scheduling, ordering parts, and other admin tasks when needed

Job Responsibility

Manage the scheduling and follow-up of all maintenance tasks to ensure timely and effective resolution
Maintain accurate records of all work orders, including billing and completion details
Assist with on-site inspections for apartment turnovers and quarterly property checks, specifically focusing on maintenance and repair needs
Complete quarterly supply inventory audits to ensure our team has the necessary materials on hand
Assist with the move-in and move-out process, performing maintenance-focused walkthroughs
Participate in property operations meetings and projects
Assist with the onboarding of new triple-decker acquisitions to the portfolio
Help with the implementation of maintenance-specific policies and procedures.
