I am recruiting for an experienced Loss Adjuster to join a growing independent loss adjusting firm following continued success and new business wins. This is a key hire within a supportive business where you are valued, respected and encouraged to develop. The role involves handling a varied portfolio of private and commercial property claims, working across Scotland with an office base in Glasgow. Working closely with brokers, insurers and legal organisations.

  • Take ownership of Home, SME & Commercial claims, including complex or high-value cases under supervision when above authority
  • Deliver outstanding customer service, helping to achieve market-leading Net Promoter Scores
  • Support Disaster Restoration and Recovery teams by validating field claims and ensuring cost-effective indemnity solutions
  • Recommend optimal settlement routes, using supply chain options where appropriate
  • Support complaint resolution by facilitating field visits and handling informal complaints directly
  • Determine and advise on rectification works, acting as a technical point of contact for scope variations
  • Carry out investigations to assist with potential subrogated recoveries
