Job Description

The Disputes & Regulatory team is seeking a motivated Property Litigation Associate Solicitor (5-8 PQE) to join our Hull or York office and play a key role in delivering exceptional advice to our clients. This is fantastic opportunity to work on complex and high-value commercial property disputes for a diverse client base (commercial landlords and occupiers, investor landlords and landowners both in the private and public sectors). You’ll be part of a team that is recognised for its expertise and practical approach, offering clear and pragmatic solutions to challenging property issues. Working on retail portfolios for both landlords and occupiers and commercial lease disputes to contested easements and adverse possession matters, you will gain exposure to a broad range of property litigation work.

Job Responsibility

  • Advising and representing clients in a range of property litigation matters
  • Delegating appropriate work to solicitors / paralegals / trainee / legal executives and supervise the completion of the work
  • Working closely with colleagues to deliver exceptional client service
