Job Responsibility

  • Manage a diverse caseload of property liability claims effectively
  • Provide expert legal advice to clients on complex liability matters
  • Draft and review legal documents with precision and attention to detail
  • Conduct negotiations and settlements on behalf of clients
  • Attend court hearings and represent clients professionally
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure trust and satisfaction

Requirements

  • Qualified as a solicitor in Scotland with 5+ years PQE
  • Strong expertise in property liability and related legal matters
