Property Litigation Solicitor

• Property and Partnership dispute resolution for GPs
• Property litigation work on a full range of landlord and tenant matters and also cases involving partnership dispute resolution
• Work with the Partners and other senior members of the team on business development opportunities for these clients

• At least 2-5 years’ PQE as a solicitor advising on property litigation matters
• Experience in acting for GPs
• Experience in dealing with partnership dispute work would be ideal
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent commercial awareness
• Excellent organisation and time management skills
• The ability and willingness to work independently but always with support and supervision as needed
• A team orientated mindset
