Job Description:

A leading national law firm is seeking a talented Property Litigation Solicitor (2+ years’ PQE) to join its growing Birmingham-based team. Job Responsibility:

Managing a varied caseload including commercial and residential landlord and tenant disputes, possession and trespass claims, dilapidations, and service charge issues
Acting for a mix of high-profile corporate clients, property investors, and social housing providers
Providing strategic and practical advice to clients on all aspects of property litigation
Working closely with senior lawyers on complex and high-value disputes
Taking part in business development activities and building strong professional relationships across the region

Requirements:

Qualified Solicitor with at least 2 years’ PQE in property litigation or related dispute resolution work
Excellent technical and drafting skills, with strong attention to detail
Confident communicator able to deliver pragmatic, client-focused solutions
Collaborative, motivated, and committed to personal and professional development
Enthusiastic about contributing to the growth and reputation of the Birmingham team
