A rare and exciting opportunity for a senior property litigation solicitor to take a leading role within a growing and highly respected specialist boutique property firm in Ilkley. The role involves managing a high-quality caseload and providing strategic advice to institutional landlords, developers, investors, and corporate occupiers across commercial and residential sectors.

Job Responsibility:

  • Handling a broad range of property litigation matters
  • Advising clients on complex contentious matters with clear, practical guidance
  • Supporting and mentoring junior lawyers while contributing to the growth and profile of the litigation practice
  • Manage a high-quality caseload covering landlord and tenant disputes, service charge and dilapidation claims, restrictive covenant issues, and development-related disputes
  • Provide strategic and commercial advice to clients

Requirements:
