Job Description:

An ambitious and commercially driven Property Litigation Partner to join a Legal 500 law firm based in St Albans within their growing Dispute Resolution team. The role includes high-value disputes, team leadership, and client relationship management.

Job Responsibility:

  • Expanding the practice
  • Managing complex matters
  • Nurturing new and existing client relationships
  • Advising on commercial landlord & tenant matters
  • Advising on general property litigation
  • Advising on leasehold enfranchisement, statutory lease extensions
  • Advising on adverse possession and prescriptive rights

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7 years’ experience in property litigation
  • Demonstrable track record in fee generation, business development and maintaining client/referrer relationships
  • Experience managing or supervising junior team members
  • Leasehold Enfranchisement experience would be desirable
  • Strong technical knowledge and commercial awareness
  • A confident, client-focused communicator with a collaborative approach and leadership potential

Nice to have:
