Property Litigation Paralegal

Become an integral part of our national Property Litigation team, renowned for its extensive experience and unrivalled expertise in this dynamic field

• Possess at least 2 years of previous experience in residential possession work, ideally representing landlords, with a deep understanding of the associated procedures and legal requirements
• Demonstrate a keen interest in and familiarity with defended actions, including disrepair claims (desirable but not essential)
• Exhibit exceptional client care skills, self-confidence, and the ability to take initiative
• Showcase a talent for grasping concepts quickly and a positive, can-do attitude
• Leverage your proficiency in various applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and case management systems, to deliver high-quality work
• A Law Degree, LPC, or a completed/in-progress CILEX qualification would be preferred, but not essential if you have the necessary experience in residential possession work
