Job Description:

A well-regarded law firm based across Camden and Hampstead is seeking a Property Litigation Solicitor with 5-10 years’ PQE to join its expanding and dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Property Litigation Solicitor looking to take the next step in their career within a collaborative and award-winning environment. The firm is recognised by Chambers UK, The Legal 500 and The Times Best Law Firms Guide, and offers a strong path for progression to ambitious legal professionals. As a Property Litigation Solicitor, you will play a key role in a team that continues to grow and develop its presence in the London market. The successful Property Litigation Solicitor will take on a varied caseload and be encouraged to support business development efforts, helping to strengthen the team’s reputation and expand its client base. Working across both the Camden and Hampstead offices, you’ll join a supportive, open, and forward-thinking legal practice.

Job Responsibility:

manage a range of complex and high-value disputes
handle commercial and residential landlord and tenant issues such as rent arrears, possession claims, and forfeiture
manage rights of way, easements, and restrictive covenant enforcement
resolve party wall disputes
handle beneficial interest matters

Requirements:

5-10 years of post-qualified experience in property litigation
a solid understanding of both residential and commercial property dispute resolution
excellent communication and client-care skills
experience in business development or willingness to contribute to team growth
relevant legal qualifications (Solicitor or equivalent)

Nice to have:

exposure to construction-related disputes

What we offer:

£70,000 – £90,000 per annum, depending on experience
