Requirements

Possess at least 2 years of previous experience in residential possession work, ideally representing landlords, with a deep understanding of the associated procedures and legal requirements
demonstrate a keen interest in and familiarity with defended actions, including disrepair claims (desirable but not essential)
exhibit exceptional client care skills, self-confidence, and the ability to take initiative
showcase a talent for grasping concepts quickly and a positive, can-do attitude
leverage your proficiency in various applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and case management systems, to deliver high-quality work
a Law Degree, LPC, or a completed/in-progress CILEX qualification would be preferred, but not essential if you have the necessary experience in residential possession work
