With our team's extensive industry expertise and local knowledge, we're here to help people find, sell, and let their property. Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Property Lettings Viewing Agent. This position is a temporary fixed term contract for 3 months located in our Edinburgh city centre office, 10 Sunnyside, Edinburgh. You'll enjoy a work week of Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm. The rate of pay will be £23,500pa with use of a company pool car.

Job Responsibility

  • Conducting viewings for properties in a professional and engaging manner
  • Providing accurate and detailed information about the properties to potential tenants
  • Answering enquiries and addressing any questions or concerns from prospective tenants
  • Maintaining a positive and customer-focused approach throughout the viewing process
  • Ensuring the properties are presented in the best possible condition prior to viewings
  • Reporting feedback and relevant information to the Landlord
  • Negotiating offers for tenancies
  • Liaising with landlords after viewings to agree tenancies
  • Regular marketing updates

Requirements

  • Must have a valid driver's license and access to their own car for transportation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Well-presented and professional appearance
  • Attention to detail and the ability to provide accurate information
  • Previous experience in customer service or sales is desirable but not essential
  • Legal right to work in the UK
