Job Responsibility

Conducting viewings for properties in a professional and engaging manner
Providing accurate and detailed information about the properties to potential tenants
Answering enquiries and addressing any questions or concerns from prospective tenants
Maintaining a positive and customer-focused approach throughout the viewing process
Ensuring the properties are presented in the best possible condition prior to viewings
Reporting feedback and relevant information to the Landlord
Negotiating offers for tenancies
