We are currently working with a Local Authority in the South East who are looking for a Property Lawyer to join the team!

Requirements:

  • An experienced/senior solicitor
  • Able to deal with a mixed workload of routine and complex commercial property matters (landlord and tenant, leasehold property management, property transactions arising from development work such as easements, dealing with title defects, serving notices to terminate occupation)
