Job Description:

A forward-thinking law firm is seeking a Property Law Partner (7+ PQE) to join its expanding team of high-calibre professionals. You will operate with autonomy while benefiting from a highly collaborative environment. The firm provides support across compliance, administration, billing, marketing, and IT, encouraging internal collaboration.

Job Responsibility:

Manage your own caseload
Set your own fee structures
Build your practice around the clients and work that matter most to you

Requirements:

A minimum of 7 years’ PQE in property law (commercial, residential, or mixed)
Proven ability to attract, manage, and retain client relationships
Entrepreneurial mindset and desire to build a sustainable, independent practice
Confident managing a range of property transactions, including complex matters
Comfortable working independently but keen to collaborate when beneficial
