We are seeking an experienced and driven Property & Land Recovery Manager to support the Head of Service in delivering eviction operations across England and Wales. This is a pivotal role that bridges strategic oversight and frontline delivery, playing a key part in the continued growth and success of the service. You will lead from the front-managing live operations, supporting enforcement teams, and ensuring all evictions are conducted safely, professionally, and in full compliance with legal requirements.
Job Responsibility:
Attend and carry out eviction duties across England and Wales, including weekends where required
Oversee and manage day-to-day eviction operations
Supervise enforcement agents and administrative staff
Provide real-time operational support and decision-making guidance to field teams
Ensure all documentation, legal requirements, and health & safety standards are met
Monitor performance against SLAs and ensure response times are consistently achieved
Act as a key support contact for agents, including evenings and weekends
Deliver operational briefings and debriefings, ensuring professionalism on-site
Provide regular updates to the Head of Service on live activities
Conduct or oversee site-specific risk assessments prior to evictions
Identify and escalate operational risks
Ensure all eviction-related documentation is accurate and complete
Oversee enforcement of High Court Writs of Control
Requirements:
Certificated Enforcement Agent
TCOG Level 2 (or above)
Full UK Driving Licence
Proven experience managing evictions, including complex and high-risk cases
Strong working knowledge of eviction processes, including: Unauthorised encampments, Squatter removals, Commercial forfeiture, CRAR enforcement
Experience preparing risk assessments and method statements (RAMS)
Ability to manage multiple operations simultaneously
Strong leadership and decision-making skills under pressure
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Solid understanding of health & safety compliance
Flexible approach to working hours
Nice to have:
Knowledge of Civil Procedure Rules
Experience managing high-profile or sensitive operations
Ability to train, mentor, and develop team members
