This is a full-time, permanent position located on Wavertree Business Village in Liverpool. This is a high-energy, targeted role that will involve selling investment property, generating new business, and building strong relationships with landlords and investors to grow and retain our managed portfolio. Let’s talk about the role. It involves: Selling tenanted investment properties from one landlord to another. Selling vacant properties that require refurbishment. Working across multiple sales channels, including off-market landlord-to-landlord transactions, on-market listings, and auction sales. Generating new business through high-volume outbound calling and face-to-face client meetings. Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and investors. Identifying opportunities to grow and retain the property management portfolio through sales activity. Working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with a strong focus on results.
