Job Description

We’re now looking for a Property Inspector to join our team in Hessle. Salary: £25,000 - £27,000. Hours: Monday - Thursday 9-5:30, 9-5 on a Friday, and 9:30am-1pm 1 in 4 Saturdays. This is a fast-paced, detail-focused role where you’ll play a key part in maintaining property standards and delivering a professional service to landlords and tenants.

Job Responsibility

  • Conduct routine property inspections across the portfolio
  • Produce detailed inspection reports and send them to landlords/property managers
  • Identify and report maintenance issues
  • Manage inspection-related calls and assist with general phone enquiries
  • Prepare and organise keys for scheduled inspections
  • Support the wider team with ad hoc administrative tasks
  • Assist management with additional duties when required

Requirements

  • Experience in property (preferred but not essential)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
  • Good IT skills and confidence using property management systems
  • High attention to detail
  • A practical, problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
